Get On Board
Board Matching Program
FOR BOARD PROSPECTS
As part of its REALIZE Board training program, the United Way of El Paso County is pilot testing a board matching program. Called Get On Board, the program connects young professionals who graduate from REALIZE Board Training with established, regional nonprofits.
As a young professional and graduate of the REALIZE Board Training Program, this program is intended to help you gain access to board leadership opportunities. Local nonprofits must have been established within the last five years, demonstrate a need for new board members in 2023, and a commitment to board development through new community leadership. All young professionals must demonstrate a commitment to serving on a nonprofit board and all that it entails.
