The REALIZE x Young Leaders Society (YLS) is an initiative to increase the involvement of young professionals on nonprofit governing boards. YLS is United Way's donor network for young professionals developing the next generation of philanthropic and civic leaders. 

YLS members will receive training by local BoardSource members, focused on understanding board member roles and responsibilities, nonprofit board structures, fundraising fundamentals and financial due diligence. 
 
Graduates will be provided connections to nonprofits and recognized throughout the El Paso community for their commitment to becoming responsible and successful local leaders.
