About the event
This lesson will improve understanding of the three major responsibilities of a nonprofit board: setting direction, ensuring necessary resources, and providing oversight.
During each training, lunch will be included, guest will receive the supplmental course material the day before. Each guest is stronly encouraged to bring an electronic device so they can follow along with the Board Source certfied trainer.
