The Paso del Norte Health Foundation, in conjunction with the United Way of El Paso County, is increasing the success of nonprofit organizations that serve our communities. Through workshops, training and summits, this program provides all nonprofit board of directors what they need to undertake their critical responsibilities.

Courses are led by trainers with expertise in the nonprofit sector. Participants will receive a Board Training Continuing Education Certificate of Completion at the end of each course they attend.

*NOTE: This training is only offered to a board of directors with eight or more members. ​​
CURRICULUM
COURSE 1: Essential Functions of a Board, Roles & Responsibilities
Participants will be able to articulate the legal and fiduciary duties of board service.
